Howto: Fix "Unable to find any tracks in the PlayerPal music library"

If you get the following error message:

Unable to find any tracks in the PlayerPal music library

This error usually means that your music library has no tracks in it.  As a result the PlayerPal library also ends up with no tracks in it.  Hence this error. 

To resolve this, open iTunes or WMP (depending on what you selected on install) and add some music to the library.  Then right click the PlayerPal tray icon and select "Sync with WMP/iTunes music library".  Once this had completed, you should be able to use PlayerPal fine.

If this does not resove the problem, then you may be experiencing an unknown bug in PlayerPal.  If you think this is the case, send an email along with the PlayerPal error log to support at playerpal.com.
