Why can't I get past the skin selection screen on my Sony PSP?

Cookies are disabled on your Sony PSP

If your PSP is stuck on PlayerPal's skin selection page then your probably have cookies disabled in the PSP browser.  PlayerPal stores your skin selection in a cookie.  If it cannot store the selection it will keep returning here.

Change Sony PSP cookie settings to "Allow all"

  1. Open the Sony PSP web browser
  2. Press triangle to open PSP browser menu
  3. Select Tools->Settings->Cookie settings
  4. Set Cookies to "Allow All"
  5. Try using PlayerPal again and it should work!

Can PlayerPal change the selected Airport Express?

No.  PlayerPal talks to iTunes using the official Apple programming interface.  Unfortunately, Apple does not make the Airport express selection menu available to third party software vendors.  PlayerPal has requested that Apple do this, and hope it will be added in the future.

C'mon Apple!  Everyone wants it!

XP SP2 Firewall Security Alert Window

Note: Version 4 and up auto-configures your firewall to allow access to PlayerPal from devices on your local network so you should not see this anymore.

This Window will appear when installing PlayerPal on a Windows PC that has XP Service Pack 2 installed and the Windows Firewall enabled.  For PlayerPal to work you need to press Unblock.  PlayerPal is not doing anything bad.  It is just trying to talk to other PlayerPal components on your PC.
